I help organisations deliver transformation and change by solving complex organisational challenges and creating the clarity needed to align strategy, policy, people, services, products, delivery and data around purposeful outcomes.

As the creator of the Outcome Design methodology, I have developed practical approaches that connect strategic intent with delivery, helping organisations translate ambition into coordinated action and ensuring that activities contribute towards strategic impact. Where conventional approaches are insufficient, I develop innovative frameworks and methods that help organisations understand complexity, align around shared objectives and navigate uncertainty with confidence.

I am not constrained by disciplines, methodologies or traditional consulting boundaries. Instead, I draw upon whatever combination of strategy, research, service design, information architecture, product thinking and organisational transformation is needed to solve the problem at hand and create lasting value.

Working With Me

Every consultant brings experience, methods and technical expertise. I also bring a different perspective.

My approach has been shaped by lived experience. Growing up in a low-income household while navigating neurodivergence and a visual impairment taught me to adapt, challenge assumptions and find practical ways to overcome obstacles. My childhood was also shaped by witnessing the impact of depression, alcoholism and domestic violence, experiences that strengthened my resilience, empathy and determination to improve the lives of others. Those experiences continue to influence how I think, communicate and solve problems today.

I naturally recognise patterns, connect ideas across disciplines and identify relationships that may not be immediately obvious. This enables me to simplify complexity, create shared understanding and help organisations navigate ambiguity, align around common goals and deliver purposeful outcomes that contribute towards strategic impact.

I believe the best decisions are made when different perspectives are welcomed and assumptions are explored rather than accepted. I value honesty, empathy and constructive challenge, creating environments where people feel comfortable contributing ideas, asking questions and learning together.

Rather than being constrained by disciplines, methodologies or consulting boundaries, I adapt my approach to the people, context and outcomes required. My focus is not on producing deliverables for their own sake, but on creating understanding, alignment and action that leads to meaningful outcomes.

Ultimately, my goal is simple: to leave organisations, teams and people in a better place than I found them.
